Q: WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY OF GUESTS COUNT?

A: 100 MAX; 80 MAX DURING JUNE, JULY AND AUGUST

Q: CAN WE BRING OUR OWN CATERERS/VENDORS

A: YES, MOST VENDORS ARE WELCOME

Q: IS THERE A KITCHEN?

A: WE HAVE A CATERER’S PREP AREA FOR FINAL FOOD PREPARATION ONLY. WE PROVIDE A REFRIGERATOR, FREEZER, MICROWAVE AND SINK, NO COOKING.

 

Q: ARE FOOD STATIONS WITH WARMERS ALLOWED?

A: YES, HOWEVER NO FRYING, TOASTER OVENS OR COOKING WITH OPEN FLAMES ALLOWED.

 

Q: DOES KIMBERLITE EVENTS PROVIDE DISHES, GLASSWARE, POTS, PANS, UTENSILS, ETC?

A: NO

 

Q: IS ALCOHOL ALLOWED?

A: YES, MUST HAVE CERTIFIED BARTENDER. THERE IS A $150 FEE FOR SECURITY.

 

Q: WHAT IS THE REQUIREMENT TO SECURE YOUR DATE?

A: YOU PAY A NON-REFUNDABLE 50% RETAINER FEE OF THE FULL RENTAL AMOUNT TO SECURE YOUR DATE.

 

Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU CANCEL YOUR RESERVED DATE?

A: YOU MAY HAVE WITHIN ONE YEAR FROM YOUR AGREEMENT DATE TO CHANGE YOUR DATE ONE TIME. NO REFUNDS.

 

Q: WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED:

A: CASH, CASHIER’S CHECK, MONEY ORDER, ZELLE, CREDIT/DEBIT CARD (THERE IS A 2.9% SERVICE CHARGE THAT WILL APPLY TO YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS TRANSACTIONS)

 

Q: DOES KIMBERLITE EVENTS HAVE HOURLY RENTAL RATES?

A:  YES. MINIMUM 4 HOURS.

 

Q: WILL CLIENTS BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SET-UP AND CLEAN-UP?

A: KIMBERLITE EVENTS STAFF WILL SET-UP AND BREAKDOWN TABLES & CHAIRS; CLIENTS WILL TAKE OUT THEIR GARBAGE AND SWEEP UP EXCESSIVE TRASH ON THE FLOORS.

 

Q: IS LIVE MUSIC ALLOWED?

A: YES, LIVE MUSIC AND DJ’S ARE ALLOWED BUT MUST SHUT DOWN AT LEAST 30 MIN PRIOR TO AGREEMENT DEPARTURED TIME.

 

Q: WHY DO WE REQUIRE ONE DAY EVENT INSURANCE?

A: THIS INSURANCE COVERS BODILY INJURY FOR YOUR GUESTS & VENDORS, MOST LAWSUITES FROM YOUR GUESTS &/OR VENDORS, PROPERTY DAMAGE TO THE EVENT LOCATION AND HOST LIQUOR LIABILITY

 

Q: IS SMOKING ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY?

A: NO, ONLY IN DESINATED AREAS OUTSIDE THE BUILDING

 

Q: ARE THERE DECORATING RESTRICTIONS?

A: YES, MUST BE APPROVED BY MANAGEMENT

Q: ARE DECORATIONS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL RATE?

A: NO, HOWEVER KIMBERLITE OFFERS IN-HOUSE EVENT PLANNING AND DECOR SERVICES PROVIDED BY KIMBERLITE DESIGNS FOR AN ADDITIONAL COST.

Q: ARE DRAPERIES, TABLES AND CHAIRS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL RATE?

A: YES

Q: ARE DANCE FLOORS, FLOOR WRAPS AND STAGE ALLOWED ON FLOORS?

A: NO, UNLESS APPROVED

Q: DOES KIMBERLITE EVENTS HOST TEEN EVENTS?

A: NO, ADULTS EVENTS ONLY

Q: IS THE IVORY TABLE LINEN SHOWN ON PICTURES INCLUDED?

A: NO, HOWEVER, YOU MAY RENT LINEN, CALL FOR DETAILS

Q: DOES KIMBERLITE HOST POP-UP SHOPS, TICKET SALES, ETC?

A: UNFORTUNATELY, NO

Q: DOES KIMBERLITE EVENTS ALLOW CHILDREN?

A: TO KEEP DOWN THE LIBILITY, ONLY CHILDREN 12 AND OLDER ARE WELCOME, UNLESS APPROVED OTHERWISE.
