Our chapel wedding packages are intentionally straightforward—no hidden fees, no unnecessary upselling, and no confusing package options. We include what matters, clearly explain what's optional, and give you the flexibility to personalize your wedding with the vendors and enhancements that fit your vision.
Rather than filling our packages with items that should already come with a beautiful venue, we've focused on creating an elegant chapel experience, transparent pricing, and the freedom to celebrate your day your way.
Whether you're planning a private Elopement, an intimate Chapel Wedding, or The Kimberlite Intimate Wedding Experience, our goal is simple: to provide a beautiful setting, an easy booking process, and a memorable experience from beginning to end.
Scheduling & Availability
Our Elopement Package, Chapel Wedding Package, and The Kimberlite Intimate Wedding Experience are primarily available Monday - Thursday.
Weekend availability is extremely limited and may be available only when it does not conflict with Kimberlite's existing event calendar.
We encourage couples to reserve their wedding date as soon as they've made their decision. Because availability is limited, dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be held without a signed contract and the required payment. For the best experience, we recommend booking at least two weeks before your wedding date to allow adequate preparation.

Your wedding date is not reserved until your signed contract and the required payment have been received.
Elopement Package
Full payment of $295 is due at the time of booking.
Your date is reserved once your signed contract and full payment have been received.
Chapel Wedding Package
Full payment of $500 is due at the time of booking.
Your date is reserved once your signed contract and full payment have been received.
The Kimberlite Intimate Wedding Experience
A 50% non-refundable retainer ($1,250) is required to reserve your date.

$300 Refundable Security Deposit
One-Day Event Insurance (currently approximately $67.07 for up to 30 guests)
We recommend purchasing one-day event insurance through The Event Helper, although couples are welcome to purchase comparable coverage through another approved insurance provider.
The refundable security deposit and proof of event insurance are due two weeks before your wedding date.
Your $300 security deposit is typically refunded the same day following your event, provided there are no damages, excessive cleaning, overtime charges, missing items, or contract violations.
Before You Say "I Do"
Before your ceremony at Kimberlite, there are a few important steps you'll need to complete.
Marriage License
Couples are responsible for obtaining a valid marriage license prior to their ceremony. You may obtain your marriage license from any county in Georgia, in accordance with that county's requirements and processing timeline.
For couples choosing to obtain their license in Douglas County, the courthouse is conveniently located directly across the street from Kimberlite Event Space.
Officiant
An officiant is required to legally perform your marriage ceremony. Couples are responsible for securing their own officiant before their wedding day. If you need assistance finding one, we're happy to recommend trusted local officiants.
Please bring your marriage license with you on the day of your ceremony so your officiant can complete the required paperwork.

Elopement Package
$295 | 45 Minutes
For couples who simply want to say, "I do."
Perfect for couples looking for a beautiful, intimate ceremony without the stress or expense of planning a traditional wedding.
Your Experience Includes
45 minutes of private chapel use
Elegantly decorated ivory and white chapel featuring:
White floral heart backdrop
Baby's breath and rose floral arrangements
Decorative ceremony columns
LED candlelight accents
White chair sashes
Clear Chiavari chairs
Bluetooth sound system available for your ceremony music
Marriage license signing (if applicable)
Complimentary on-site parking
To help preserve the excitement of your first look, the bride may use the Bridal Suite for up to 10 minutes before the ceremony to remain out of sight until it's time to walk down the aisle.
Before You Arrive
Couples should arrive fully dressed and ceremony ready.
Couples may arrive up to 15 minutes before their scheduled ceremony time as a courtesy.
This package is designed as a ceremony-only experience.
Food, refreshments, cake service, and a reception are not included.
Couples who would like additional Bridal Suite time may add extended Bridal Suite access for $150, subject to availability.
Bluetooth music must be operated by a designated person from your wedding party.
Additional time may be added for $250 per hour, subject to venue availability.
Your reserved ceremony begins at the contracted start time. Late arrival does not extend your reservation.
Chapel Wedding Package
$500 | 90 Minutes
For couples who want a little more time to celebrate with their closest family and friends.
Enjoy a beautiful chapel ceremony followed by time for congratulations, family photographs, and a ceremonial cake cutting before beginning your next chapter together.

Intimate Wedding Day Timeline
One of the unique features of The Kimberlite Intimate Wedding Experience is the seamless flow of your wedding day. From your ceremony to your reception, each moment transitions naturally, allowing you and your guests to relax and enjoy the celebration.
Arrival
The couple arrives before guests for final preparations. The bride enjoys full access to the Bridal Suite while guests begin arriving and are seated in the chapel.
Ceremony
Exchange your vows in Kimberlite's decorated ivory and white chapel as you officially begin your new life together.
First Dance Beneath the Chandelier
Immediately following your ceremony, you and your new spouse step beneath Kimberlite's signature chandelier to share your first dance while your guests remain seated to witness this unforgettable moment.
Reception
Following your first dance, guests are invited to an intimate estate-style reception where decorated tables await for dinner, conversation, and time together while celebrating the newlyweds, as shown on the photos.
Cake Cutting & Celebration
After dinner, gather with your guests for cake cutting, photos, the Selfie Booth, and optional dancing to your favorite music.
Farewell
As your celebration comes to a close, Kimberlite handles the venue cleanup so you can simply enjoy your final moments with family and friends before beginning your new journey together.

Do we need a marriage license before our ceremony?
Yes. Couples must obtain a valid marriage license before their wedding ceremony. Marriage licenses may be obtained from any county in Georgia. We recommend confirming the courthouse's requirements and processing timeline in advance.
Do we need an officiant?
Yes. A licensed officiant is required to legally perform your ceremony.
You're welcome to bring your own officiant, or Kimberlite can help arrange one if requested in advance.
What is the difference between the three wedding packages?
Elopement Package
A simple ceremony designed for couples who want to exchange vows, sign their marriage license, take a few photos, and depart.
Chapel Wedding Package
Includes additional time to celebrate with a ceremonial cake cutting and a first dance after the ceremony.
The Kimberlite Intimate Wedding Experience
Includes four hours of venue access, a beautifully decorated reception area, guest table décor, access to the Bridal Suite, and a small reception with your closest family and friends.
Is photography or videography included?
Photography and videography are not included. You're welcome to bring your own licensed photographer or videographer.
Can we bring our own wedding cake?
Absolutely. Couples are welcome to bring their own wedding cake. Cake cutting is included with the Chapel Wedding Package and The Kimberlite Intimate Wedding Experience.
What décor is included?
Each package includes Kimberlite's signature ivory and white chapel décor, featuring our floral heart backdrop, elegant ceremony décor, and access to our floral wall for photos.
Décor upgrades and backdrop changes are available for an additional investment.
What days are available?
Our chapel wedding packages are primarily offered Monday through Thursday.

How many guests can we invite?
All three chapel wedding packages accommodate up to 30 guests, including children.
How do we reserve our wedding date?

Couples are welcome to bring their own licensed caterer, or Kimberlite can provide catering through one of our trusted restaurant partners.
Our catering option can include food, beverages, buffet setup, dinnerware, cups, utensils, and serving essentials for a simple, stress-free dining experience.
Can we serve alcohol?
Alcohol is permitted only with an approved bartending service and must follow Kimberlite's venue policies.

Is music included?
A Bluetooth sound system is available for your ceremony and reception.
A designated member of your wedding party will be responsible for connecting and operating your music throughout your event.
Can we personalize the décor?

Our chapel is beautifully decorated for all three wedding packages.
Couples booking The Kimberlite Intimate Wedding Experience may choose from available décor colors included in their package.
Custom décor enhancements and backdrop changes are also available for an additional investment.
Can we add more time?
Yes. Additional time may be available for $250 per hour, subject to venue availability.
What happens if we're running late?
Your reservation begins at the contracted start time.
Late arrivals do not extend your reserved time and may reduce the time available for your ceremony or celebration.
Is parking available?
Yes. Complimentary on-site parking is available for you and your guests.
