If you anticipate late arrivals, additional photographs, or simply prefer a more relaxed experience without feeling rushed, we recommend selecting our 90-minute Chapel Wedding.
All chapel reservations begin and end at their scheduled times. Late arrivals do not extend your reservation, and additional time cannot be guaranteed due to other scheduled events.

All activities and guest departures must be completed within your reserved four-hour timeframe.
Important: The $5,000 Intimate Wedding Experience must conclude no later than 8:00 PM, with no exceptions.

Chapel Scheduling & Time Policy
We encourage couples to select a package that comfortably accommodates their plans and guests.
Reservations begin at the contracted start time.
Late arrivals do not extend the reserved time.
Ceremonies, photographs, celebrations, and guest departures must take place within the booked timeframe.
Additional time must be approved in advance and is subject to availability.
Events must conclude promptly at their scheduled ending time.
The $5,000 Intimate Wedding Experience has a firm 8:00 PM cutoff.
We recommend selecting the 90-minute ceremony if you prefer extra time for photographs or anticipate possible delays.
Age Requirement & Child Safety Policy
Kimberlite Event Space welcomes guests ages 12 and older.
Exceptions are made for younger children participating in the wedding ceremony or wedding party.
All minors must remain under adult supervision. Running, rough play, and unsupervised children are not permitted on the premises.
All attendees, including children participating in the wedding, count toward the maximum guest capacity of the selected package.
Before You Say "I Do"
Marriage License
Couples are responsible for obtaining a valid marriage license before their ceremony. The Douglas County courthouse is conveniently located across the street from Kimberlite Event Space.
Wedding Officiant
Couples are responsible for securing an officiant to legally perform their ceremony. Kimberlite can provide referrals to trusted local officiants.
Arrival & Preparation
Couples booking the $295 or $500 chapel-only ceremonies should arrive fully dressed and ceremony-ready. These packages include up to 10 minutes of Bridal Suite access before the ceremony.
Extended Bridal Suite access may be available for an additional $150, subject to availability.
The $5,000 Intimate Wedding Experience includes full Bridal Suite access for the entire four-hour reservation, allowing couples to prepare, get dressed, and make outfit changes during their reserved time.

How many guests can we invite?
Our $295 Elopement and $500 Chapel Wedding packages accommodate up to 30 guests.
Our $5,000 Intimate Wedding Experience accommodates up to 50 people.
All attendees count toward the guest limit, including children and wedding party members.
Are children allowed?
Kimberlite welcomes guests ages 12 and older. Exceptions are made for younger children participating in the wedding ceremony or wedding party.

Is a security deposit required?
A $300 refundable security deposit is required only for the $5,000 Intimate Wedding Experience.
The deposit is due one week before your wedding and is refundable following your event, provided there are no damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, overtime charges, or other contract violations.
Is event insurance required?
Event insurance is required only for the $5,000 Intimate Wedding Experience and is currently $91, due one week before your wedding.
The $295 Elopement and $500 Chapel Wedding packages do not require event insurance.
Do we need a marriage license?
Yes. Couples must obtain a valid marriage license before their wedding ceremony.
We recommend confirming the issuing courthouse's requirements and processing timeline in advance.
The Douglas County courthouse is conveniently located across the street from Kimberlite Event Space.
Please bring your marriage license on your wedding day so your officiant can complete the necessary paperwork.
Do we need an officiant?
Yes. Couples are responsible for securing an authorized wedding officiant.
You're welcome to bring your own officiant, or Kimberlite can recommend trusted local professionals.
Officiant services are not included in our packages.
Is photography or videography included?
Photography and videography are not included in our wedding packages.
You're welcome to bring your own professional photographer or videographer, or request referrals from Kimberlite.
Can we bring our own wedding cake?
Absolutely! Couples may bring their own wedding cake.
A brief ceremonial cake cutting is available with the $500 Chapel Wedding, while the $5,000 experience includes time for cake cutting during the reception.
Wedding cakes are not included in the package pricing.
What décor is included?
All three packages feature our beautifully decorated ivory and white chapel with elegant floral arrangements, ceremony décor, and clear Chiavari chairs.
Our $5,000 Intimate Wedding Experience also includes coordinated reception décor, estate-style seating, centerpieces, and beautifully styled tablescapes.
Custom décor upgrades and backdrop changes may be available for an additional fee.
Can we customize the $5,000 wedding décor?
Our $5,000 experience is a predesigned wedding package featuring carefully coordinated décor selections.
Couples may choose from available options offered within the package. Custom designs, specialty décor, and significant changes are quoted separately.
Is catering included?
Yes! Catered dining and beverages are included in the $5,000 Intimate Wedding Experience.
Catering is not included in the $295 Elopement or $500 Chapel Wedding packages.
Is a DJ included?
Yes! Professional DJ entertainment is included in our $5,000 Intimate Wedding Experience.
For the $295 and $500 chapel ceremonies, a Bluetooth sound system is available. Couples should designate someone to operate their ceremony music.
Is a champagne toast included?
Yes. A champagne toast is included in the $5,000 Intimate Wedding Experience.
Additional bar services, signature cocktails, or other alcoholic beverages are not included and must follow Kimberlite's alcohol policies.
Can we serve alcohol?
Alcohol service must comply with Kimberlite's venue policies.
Additional alcoholic beverages and signature drinks require an approved, properly licensed and insured bartender.
Please ask about our Kimberlite bartending services and available options.
Are cold sparkler effects included?
Yes! Cold sparkler effects are included in our $5,000 Intimate Wedding Experience.
Dancing on the Clouds and other specialty enhancements may be available for an additional fee.
Is the Bridal Suite included?
Yes! Bridal Suite access varies by package.
For the $295 Elopement and $500 Chapel Wedding, the bride may use the Bridal Suite for up to 10 minutes before the ceremony, allowing her to remain out of sight before walking down the aisle.
Extended access may be available for an additional $150, subject to availability.
For the $5,000 Intimate Wedding Experience, full Bridal Suite access is included throughout your four-hour reservation at no additional charge.
Couples may use the suite for wedding preparation, getting dressed, and outfit changes during their reserved time.
Can we bring our own vendors?
Yes. Outside vendors are permitted with prior approval and must comply with Kimberlite's vendor policies.
Our $5,000 package already includes catering and DJ entertainment. Any outside vendor arrangements or substitutions must be approved in advance.
We can also recommend trusted photographers, videographers, officiants, and other wedding professionals.
Is this a walk-in, walk-out experience?
Yes! Kimberlite handles the included venue setup, décor installation, and breakdown.
Our $5,000 experience also includes wedding coordination, dining, and entertainment, allowing couples to enjoy their celebration without managing every detail.
Can we add more time?
Additional rental time may be available for $250 per hour, subject to advance approval and venue availability.
Extensions are not guaranteed, particularly when another event is scheduled. The 8:00 PM cutoff for the $5,000 package still applies.
What happens if we're running late?
Your reservation begins at the contracted start time, regardless of late arrivals.
All ceremonies, photographs, celebrations, and guest departures must be completed within the reserved timeframe.
We recommend choosing our 90-minute Chapel Wedding if you anticipate needing additional time.
What time must our $5,000 wedding end?
The $5,000 Intimate Wedding Experience includes four hours of venue access and must conclude no later than 8:00 PM.
