An intimate, beautifully coordinated wedding experience featuring our signature black-and-white décor. Designed with clean lines, elegant ivory and white foundations, and sophisticated black accents, this classic aesthetic creates a luxurious setting that never goes out of style.
Couples may personalize their tablescapes with elegant gold or silver accents, incorporated through charger plates and subtle design details. Couples may also select their preferred napkin color, adding a personal touch while preserving our timeless signature black-and-white aesthetic.

The $300 security deposit is refundable following your event, provided all rental agreement requirements are met.
Important: This four-hour wedding experience must conclude no later than 8:00 PM, with no exceptions. All guests must depart within the reserved timeframe.

Our Wedding Services Policy
To ensure a consistent, beautifully executed celebration, Kimberlite exclusively provides the venue, wedding décor, DJ entertainment, and wedding-day coordination for all weddings with receptions.
These four services are included in your starting investment and are required. Outside decorators, DJs, wedding coordinators, and DIY wedding décor are not permitted.
You still have the freedom to choose your other wedding vendors.
Couples are welcome to select their own caterer, bartender, photographer, videographer, cake designer, and other approved vendors, provided they meet Kimberlite's vendor requirements, receive prior approval, and complete all required agreements or waivers.
Optional Wedding Services
For couples who prefer the convenience of working with our trusted professionals, Kimberlite offers additional services:
Catering: Starting at $1,850 for up to 60 guests or $2,500 for up to 100 guests -selection of three entrées and two sides,
Professional Bartending: Starting at $500 for signature cocktail service. Clients provide alcohol and ice; our bartender provides mixers, garnishes, and necessary bar supplies
Photography & Videography: Available upon request
Wedding Cakes: Available upon request
These services are optional and priced separately. Final pricing depends on guest count, selections, and service needs.

Signature Wedding Experience: Starting at $9,950
For couples seeking a more complete, personalized celebration with catering, bartending, custom décor, and additional services, weddings at Kimberlite typically range from $13,000 to $15,000+.
Your final investment depends on your guest count, design preferences, and selected enhancements.

$150 Security & Parking Attendant, required for events exceeding 60 guests or when alcohol is served

Totals include the refundable security deposit and estimated event insurance. The security deposit is refundable subject to the rental agreement.
A 30–50% nonrefundable retainer and signed agreement are required to reserve your wedding date. The remaining experience balance is due 30 days before your wedding.

Our venue features luxurious white draping, marble-look flooring, clear Chiavari chairs, and your choice of black or white table linens.
Decorating Options
Kimberlite offers professional in-house event décor starting at $2,500.
Simple DIY decorations requiring no more than one hour of setup may be permitted with prior written approval.
Outside professional decorators are considered on a case-by-case basis. If approved, a minimum $800 outside decorator fee may apply.
All decorating arrangements must be approved in writing before booking. Payment of an outside decorator fee does not guarantee approval.
Wedding receptions must follow Kimberlite's Signature Wedding services requirements.

Wedding Services & Event Décor Policies
Weddings & Wedding Receptions
All weddings with receptions require Kimberlite's in-house venue, décor, DJ entertainment, and wedding-day coordination services.
Outside decorators, DJs, wedding coordinators, and DIY wedding décor are not permitted.
Outside caterers, bartenders, photographers, videographers, cake designers, and other eligible vendors are welcome with prior approval and completion of required documentation.
Standalone Elopement and Chapel Wedding ceremonies are exempt from the DJ and full wedding coordination requirements.
Private & Special Events
In-house professional décor starts at $2,500. Simple DIY décor requiring one hour or less of setup may be permitted with prior written approval.
Outside professional decorators require management approval and may be subject to a minimum $800 outside decorator fee. All décor must comply with venue policies and may not damage or alter the property.
Private and special-event clients are not required to use Kimberlite's DJ or event coordination services.
Age Requirement & Child Safety Policy
Kimberlite Event Space welcomes guests ages 12 and older.
Exceptions are made for younger children participating in wedding ceremonies or the wedding party.
All minors must remain under adult supervision. Running, rough play, and unsupervised children are not permitted.
All attendees, including children, count toward the maximum guest capacity of the selected experience.
Additional Information
Guest capacities include children, wedding-party members, and all attendees.
Rental times and availability vary by experience.
Refundable security deposits, required security personnel, and event insurance apply only where listed.
The $295 Elopement and $500 Chapel Wedding ceremonies have no additional required fees.
All outside vendors must meet Kimberlite's approval and documentation requirements.
Custom décor and additional services are quoted separately unless included in your selected experience.
